Zoe Fenn Catering provides catering services for weddings, private events, corporate functions, buffets, authentic Caribbean cuisine and fresh meal preparation services including ZW SoulFuel meal prep.

Our services are designed to deliver high-quality food prepared with care, passion and professional standards.

 

Bookings and Deposits

All catering event bookings require a mandatory non-refundable deposit of 20–25% of the estimated total cost to secure the event date.

Full terms relating to bookings, payments and cancellations are outlined in our Service Agreement and Client Booking Contract.

 

Pricing and Availability

All pricing displayed on the website is indicative and may vary depending on:

• guest numbers

• menu selections

• location

• staffing requirements

• event duration

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before booking confirmation.

Food Allergies

Customers must inform Zoe Fenn Catering of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
