ZW SoulFuel Subscription & Purchase Agreement

1. Who We Are

ZW SoulFuel is a fresh meal service operated by Zoe Fenn Catering.

We prepare chef-cooked meals in small batches, inspired by Caribbean flavours and cooked with care, culture, and love. Our aim is simple: to provide nourishing, great-tasting food that supports busy lives, active routines, and everyday wellbeing.

When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean ZW SoulFuel / Zoe Fenn Catering.
When we say “you”, we mean our customer.

 

2. What This Agreement Covers

This agreement applies to all ZW SoulFuel purchases, including:

  • One-off meal purchases

  • Meal + protein bar offers

  • Monthly subscription plans

  • 6-month subscription plans

  • 12-month subscription plans

By placing an order or starting a subscription, you are agreeing to the terms set out below.

 

3. Our Food & Freshness Promise

All ZW SoulFuel meals are:

  • Cooked fresh

  • Prepared in small batches

  • Never factory-produced or frozen

Because our food is freshly prepared, meals have a fridge life of up to 3 days from the day they are cooked, when stored correctly in a refrigerator.

This limited shelf life is intentional and reflects our commitment to quality, taste, and food safety.

We recommend:

  • Refrigerating meals as soon as possible after collection

  • Following any reheating or storage guidance provided

  • Not consuming meals after the stated freshness period

 

4. Collection Days & Times

To maintain freshness and consistency, meals are available for collection on designated days each week.

Collection days and times will be clearly communicated in advance (for example, Monday and Thursday evenings).

It is your responsibility to:

  • Collect meals within the stated time window

  • Ensure meals are transported and stored safely after collection

If meals are not collected as agreed, we cannot guarantee quality or offer refunds.

 

5. One-Off Purchases

One-off meals and meal + protein bar offers are available without any ongoing commitment.

Prices, availability, and menu items may vary from time to time.

One-off purchases are prepared fresh and subject to the same freshness and collection conditions outlined in this agreement.

 

6. Subscriptions – How They Work

Subscription plans are designed to reward consistency and help us plan cooking responsibly.

By starting a subscription, you agree to:

  • Receive meals weekly (based on your chosen plan)

  • Pay monthly in advance

  • Collect meals on designated collection days

Subscription pricing reflects the benefit of regular ordering and is lower per meal than one-off purchases.

 

7. Payments

Subscription payments are taken monthly in advance using a secure recurring payment method (such as direct debit or approved card payment).

Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider.

If a payment fails:

  • We may contact you to resolve the issue

  • Meal preparation may be paused until payment is received

 

8. Changes, Pauses & Cancellations

We understand that life doesn’t always run to a perfect routine.

 

Monthly (No-Contract) Subscriptions

  • Can be cancelled or paused with reasonable notice

  • Changes must be made before the next billing or cooking cycle

 

6-Month & 12-Month Subscriptions

  • These plans are offered at a reduced rate in exchange for commitment

  • Subscriptions cannot usually be cancelled early

  • In exceptional circumstances, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis

Any changes must be requested before the stated cut-off time for the upcoming week.

 

9. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

While we take food safety seriously, we cannot guarantee meals are completely free from allergens.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Inform us of any allergies or dietary needs before ordering

  • Decide whether our food is suitable for you

 

10. If Something Goes Wrong

If you’re unhappy with your food or believe there has been an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We aim to be fair, reasonable, and human in how we handle issues.

Refunds or replacements will be considered where appropriate, taking into account:

  • Freshness

  • Collection compliance

  • Food safety considerations

 

11. Our Commitment to Fairness

We are committed to providing:

  • Clear pricing

  • Honest communication

  • Fair and transparent terms

Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

 

12. Final Words

At ZW SoulFuel, food is personal.

We cook the same way we would for our own family - with care, pride, and love. This agreement exists to set clear expectations on both sides so we can focus on what matters most: great food, consistency, and trust.
