How Collection Works
We keep it simple. Orders placed by Friday 10PM are ready for collection on our designated Collection Days. This allows us to cook in small batches and get the food to you within hours of leaving the kitchen.

FAQ
How do I order? Ordering is simple through our website. Select your one-off meals or subscription tier, choose your menu items for the week, and checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with collection details.
Where do I collect? Collections take place directly at the Pure Gym Dunstable location. Look for the ZW SoulFuel chiller unit or speak to a member of the gym staff during designated collection windows.
How long do the meals last? All our meals are cooked fresh and come with a 3-day refrigerated shelf life guarantee from the day of collection. We recommend keeping them between 1-5°C.
Can I skip a week? Yes! Subscription members can pause or skip weeks through their account dashboard. Just make sure to make any changes before the weekly order cut-off (Friday 10PM).
