A 20+ Year Partnership, A Lifetime of Flavour
We are Zoe and Wayne, and for over two decades, we’ve shared a life, a family, and a relentless passion for the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean. Our journey hasn’t just been about food; it’s been about the joy that happens when people break bread together.

Zoe is the heart of our kitchen. With more than 20 years in the catering world, she has mastered the art of the feast. She’s handled it all, from sophisticated four-course meals at private members' clubs to the beautiful chaos of wedding buffets. These days, Zoe brings her expertise and her heart to her role as a cook in a residential care home, where she knows that a truly great meal is about more than just taste, it’s about comfort, dignity, and care.

Wayne is our "King of the BBQ." While his day job is dedicated to supporting families and young people and his passion is coaching people through change, his weekends are spent at the grill, keeping a legacy alive. The marinades he uses and the slow-smoke methods he perfects aren’t from a cookbook, they are a heritage. Passed down through generations and perfected by "Mama’s home cooking," Wayne carries the secret soul of our flavours in every flame.

Together, we’ve been the "secret ingredients" behind countless celebrations. Whether it’s the sacredness of a Christening, the elegance of a Wedding, or the electric energy of Carnival, we’ve spent years bringing people to their feet with our food.
